Job Title: Radiologic Technologist X-Ray
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist X-Ray to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using x-ray equipment. The Radiologic Technologist X-Ray will work closely with radiologists to produce high-quality images for the accurate diagnosis of patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Operate x-ray equipment to produce images of patients' internal structures.
2. Properly position patients and adjust equipment to obtain the best possible images.
3. Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures.
5. Collaborate with radiologists to analyze images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
6. Stay current on advancements in radiologic technology and techniques.
7. Assist with training and supervising junior staff members.
8. Provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
2. ARRT certification in radiography.
3. State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in producing images.
7. Knowledge of radiation protection and safety protocols.
8. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
