Job Title: CT Tech
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our team and provide high-quality diagnostic images for our patients. The CT Tech will be responsible for operating CT equipment, positioning patients correctly for imaging, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the imaging process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients.
2. Position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
3. Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and safety during procedures.
4. Monitor patients during imaging procedures to ensure quality images are obtained.
5. Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
7. Adhere to all safety and quality control protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
2. Valid ARRT certification in CT.
3. State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of patient care techniques and imaging equipment.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
