Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The Radiologic Technologist must ensure that all imaging procedures are conducted in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining high quality images for accurate interpretation by physicians.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform diagnostic imaging examinations according to physician orders.
2. Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort during imaging procedures.
3. Operate and maintain imaging equipment in a safe and effective manner.
4. Evaluate images for quality and ensure they are suitable for interpretation.
5. Collaborate with physicians to provide accurate and timely imaging results.
6. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
2. ARRT certification and state licensure.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing imaging procedures.
