Job Title: Radiologic Technologist/CT Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist/CT Technologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment to assist in the diagnosis of patients' conditions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate and maintain CT equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Position patients correctly for imaging procedures
- Prepare and administer contrast media as needed
- Collaborate with radiologists to interpret images and provide accurate results
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient safety during procedures
- Stay current on advancements in CT technology and techniques
- Assist in training and mentoring new technologists
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification in Radiography and CT
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
