Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering radiopharmaceuticals and conducting imaging procedures to help diagnose and treat patients with various medical conditions. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care and safety.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging procedures

- Operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images for diagnostic purposes

- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort

- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results

- Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to the handling and disposal of radioactive materials

Qualifications and Skills:

- Associate's degree or higher in Nuclear Medicine Technology

- Certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

- Experience working with nuclear medicine imaging equipment and radiopharmaceuticals

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing imaging procedures
