Job Title: HR Director/Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director/Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources at our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. The HR Director/Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, talent development, and compliance with all laws and regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee talent acquisition and development, including recruitment, training, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to employment, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA.
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
