Job Title: MRI Imaging Manager
Job Summary:
As an MRI Imaging Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of MRI technologists and ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the MRI department. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality control measures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage a team of MRI technologists, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the efficient operation of the MRI department, including workflow management and equipment maintenance
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable imaging results
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and imaging services
- Stay current on advancements in MRI technology and best practices in imaging
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or related field
- ARRT certification in MRI
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MRI imaging, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control measures in imaging
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
